Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@slingestore.com. Please note that customer returns must cover the return shipping costs and provide a tracking number. Once received, we will refund the full purchase price.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To qualify, the item must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Return Requests for Orders in Transit

If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. You are welcome to return the item once it has been delivered, but refunds will not be issued for in-transit orders.


Sale Items and Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items. We only process returns for damaged products or incorrect items. If you received a defective product, please contact us, and we will assist you.
